Happy Birthday Madeline!

I am so excited to share with you that I am now "officially" 3 years old! Can you believe it? It seems like just yesterday I showed up...and now I am a whole 3 years old! And what better way to celebrate than taking the day off from school and hanging out with my family...and visiting one of my favorite places in the whole word...the Crayola Factory! I love markers, crayons, paint and all that stuff, so I was sooooooo happy when Mommy suggested a trip there. We were supposed to go to the Zoo (which I also love SOOOOO much), but it was raining and that would not be fun at all. In addition to this great trip, Mommy and Daddy through me a great party filled with love from all of my family and friends. We had tasty food and a super chocolately cake that i really enjoyed! Plus, I got to play outside all day because the weather was PERFECT! It was especially fun to splash around in my little pool and jump like crazy in my bounce house! SO much fun!!! T-Ball Time!

Today was a great day! I had my very first T-ball game! It was great! My team is the NY Mets! So much fun meeting new friends. Our Team coaches are super nice and help us out with learning the game, where to stand and a bunch of other stuff. Best of all, my good buddy Dylan is on my team! We are going to have a great T-ball season! Wish us luck!

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter Everyone! Today was such a great day! OMG! We got up early and had a tasty breakfast that Daddy whipped up for us. You know I love a good egg and cheese sandwich...Maddy, not so much! As usual, he applied his special touch and personalized our breakfast so that we'd eat all our food! He's so smart and talented! Anyway, after breakfast, we headed to the seashore (our FAVORITE place!) to visit Nammy. We also got to see our big cousins, Willow and Nikita! They are super nice and fun to hang out with. The also keep an eye on us when we play outside on the deck...cause we can kind of fall in the water if we're not payin attention! We had so much fun there with our family and our neighbors...we can't wait to go back! We even got to feed the neighborhood swans that just happened to be floating by (and looking for bread!) After that, we headed to Grandma and Grandpa and had a delicious Easter lunch. Grandma made Lasagna just for us...and Maddy and I gobbled it all up! We also gobbled lots of chocolate...the stuff we got in our Easter Eggs! Maddy totally loaded up her mouth with M&Ms and looked like a chipmunk! So funny! So we hope that you all had a great Easter. We definitely did!!!

Where is Spring?

Oh where oh where is Spring??? We had so much fun a few weeks ago, when the weather was like almost 80 degrees...and now we're stuck in the 50s. Come on!!! Bring some nice warm weather so we can plan in t-shirts and shorts...please Mother Nature:-) Zack and I will keep our fingers crossed! Please bring the warm weather soon!

Snow Snow Snow!

The snow came today! And it was so much fun! Although Daddy was out of town, we still managed to have fun with Mommy! She doesn't like playing in the snow as much as we do! But today she braved the weather and pushed us around on our sleds, helped us build a snow fort, made snow angels...and of course...a snow ball fight! Hey Dad! Hope you are having fun in Las Vegas! But we're having more fun in NJ!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

Hello Everyone! We'd like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We're so happy to spend these days with our family! We love everything about this time of year...the decorations, the lights (especially twinkling ones!), the christmas carols, the holiday cookies...and of course, the presents! We hope that Mommy and Daddy know what's on our lists...if not, its up to Santa to hook us up! We're leaving and extra big plate of cookies and a cold glass of milk to make sure! Christmas Fun

We're getting ready for Christmas! You should see our house! It's totally tricked out with Christmas stuff everywhere! Not only to we have a big tree in the living room...Mommy has trees all over the house! We even have mini ones in our bedrooms. Zack as a regular green one...but I have a white one that has pretty pink and purple decorations all over it! I love it so much! Anyway, Zack and I have been very busy too...making Christmas cookies, a gingerbread house, all sorts of decorations and extra "hand-crafted" ornaments for the tree (out paper and pipe cleaners!) and so much more. Unfortunately, we have not seen any presents under the tree...Mommy and Daddy know us too well! So they are keeping stuff hidden from us! I am trying to be such a good girl! Really, I am working so hard to be on Santa's good list...can't say that for my brother! Hope you are all enjoying the holiday season! Hugs and kisses to you all!

Tonsil Surgery...Blah!

Yes!The big day has come! No more sore throats and fevers for me! I am getting my tonsils out today! They have been making me get so sick all year...so the Doctor said the best thing to do was just to take them right out...so good bye sick days, fevers, stomach aches and headaches...I'm done with you! More play time for me!

Class Pictures

Oh yes, it's picture time! Check out our school pictures and how cute we look posing together. Mommy and Daddy love the pictures so much...but neither one can figure out how we are able to pose so nicely for a photographer and not for them. Poor Mommy can't ever get us to to sit and smile at the same time...I think she even went on the Internet to get tips...but clearly that did not help cause we go crazy when we see her little camera. Anyway, we don't know what it is either...but we like having a "professional" take our photo! Hahahaha! Sorry Mommy:-) k

Happy Halloween

Hooray hooray! Today is Halloween! Although we don't have any power (thanks to the crazy snow storm last week)...we are still going out for CANDY! We love M&Ms and need to plan our trick-or-treat strategy carefully! We're looking for houses with generators...! So how to you like our costumes? I am a Pirate Princess and Zack decided to be his current favorite character...Lighting McQueen! Ka-Chow! Ka-Chow! I think we looked super duper cute! And to top it off, Mommy even carved us a super cool pumpkin...as Mr. Grouper from the Bubble Guppies! We love that show! Anyway...Happy Halloween and hope you get your power back very soon!

Pumpkin Hunting

Its that time of year! Huntin' for pummkins! We have a tradition...we love going to Wightman's Farm and checking out all of the fall goodies! There are so many shapes and sizes of pumpkins...even little baby ones! There are funny shaped squash, tons of colorful corn and cute fall flowers. And, best of all DONUTS! Yes, delicious, warm cider donuts. I think that Mommy could eat a bag by herself (kidding!). They smell so good. There's also Apple Cider which I like, but of course, Zack won't even try! He really does not like fruit at all...but I am a fruit maniac! We got to choose our perfect pumpkin and are so excited for next week when we can wear our cute costumes! Family Vacation - San Diego!

Hello Everyone! We are so happy to tell you about our FANTASTIC family trip to San Diego last week. We got to take a plane for the first time ever! Super exciting...and we weren't afraid at all! Mommy packed lots of goodies for us and even special surprise toys and games, so we had plenty to do for the flight. I think Daddy was especially impressed with our good behavior! It also helped that Maddy and I had our own iPads and headphones...so we did not have to argue about anything...we just enjoyed the ride! Once we got to San Diego - we were even more excited! We had a great pool at hour hotel and did awesome tricks with Daddy...he even took us to the hot tub which was super cozy! Mommy planned so many awesome things for us to do! We got to go to Sea World and meet whales, dolphins and all sorts of other fish! We went to dIt was our first time on a plane and it was awesome! We went to the amazing San Diego Zoo - world class if you as us! There were so many animals we have never seen before! We also checked out Legoland...which left me speachless. I love Lego's and Daddy does too...so it was fantastic to enjoy it together. We also visited the USS Midway - which was so awesome. We check out jet planes and other cools stuff and even got to sit inside of some...Maddy especially liked pretending to fly the planes...she's a little crazy if you ask me! Maddy and I had so much fun and we can't wait to go back! We make sure to ask Mommy and Daddy about it all the time!

Yellow Belt at Tae Kwon Do!

Today was big day for me! I became a Yellow Belt in TKD! Woot woot! That's right, no more white belt for me! I had to demonstrate my form, my kick combinations, my mental education...and break a peice of wood by kicking it with my foot! It was amazing! Even Grandpa came along to see the spectacular! Being Crafty in the Backyard!

We love to paint! We love to craft. And we love to be outside. So, when Mommy asked us if we wanted to do all three...we said ABSOLUTELY!

Beach Fun and Games

We love love love the water! And we love love love the sand...so its no wonder that we love love love beach! We try to get to the seashore as much as we can! We spent so much time splashing in the water, building castles and forts in the sand, and our favorite...digging holes! We love digging big giant holes in the sand to hide out and even fill up with water! We also love having water fights with Daddy...he always wins cause he splashes us with so many buckets that we don't even have a chance...its the best! Birthday Fun

Happy Birthday to Me! Today i turned 4 and have the best birthday ever...at Bounce U! Man, I love that place! All of my friends came and we had a total blast bouncing, running and going crazy! And to top it all off, I got to eat pizza and had a dinosaur ice cream cake! It had a picture of a angry T-Rex, like in my Talking T-Rex app! So cool and so delish! I am so grateful for such a wonderful day of friends and family (and presents too!)...I can't wait until I turn 5!!!

NYC & Dinosaurs!

Today we had the best day ever! We went to the Natural History Museum in NYC to see the AWESOME dinosaur exhibit! It was so amazing! There were dinosaurs everywhere! Even a giant brontoosaurus in the middle of the museum! There were so many kinds of fossils too...we saw Stegosaurus, T-Rex, triceratops, corythesaurs, edmontosaurus and even an anklyosaurus! It was really, really amazing. We even go to dig for real fossils in one of the exhibits! Plus, after we were done, Daddy bought us delicious ice cream and we had a picnic lunch in Central Park! What a fantastic day! We can't wait to go back!

First Beach Weekend of 2011!

Yes, for real! We went to the beach this weekend! Horray, horray, horray! We only went for a day - but it was awesome! We spend all day Saturday having fun...Mommy and Daddy took us over to the playground on the beach in the morning and we just ran around like maniacs! Then, we had lunch back at Nammy's house on the new back deck - lovely! Then, we spent the rest of the afternoon running around on the beach...so much fun. Daddy, Zack and I even took a walk down the beach while mommy caught up on some reading (gossip magazines of all things)...we came back for some snacks and when for another walk...and what did we find - a real live blue crab! It was ready to do battle! Daddy totally messed with it and made it super mad...it was trying to jump out o fthe water to attack him. It kind of tried to chase us a little, so Daddy ended up burrying it under a ton of sand! Take that mean blue crab! After that drama, we just looked for treasure and pirate booty - but just got some Jersey shells! The real treasure was heading to Summer Dreams for ICE CREAM before calling it a night! LOL!

Memorial Day Weekend 2011!

Happy Memorial Day Weekend All!

Hope you had a great one! We had the best weekend ever!! Although we did not go to the beach this time, we had tons of fun right here in Warren! First of all, Mommy and Daddy setup our backyard like it was a cool vacation getaway - we had our new kid pool, our slip and slide, our tennis set, a bubble machine, music and great weather to pass our time. We even went to Round Valley one day and had a great hike around the lake and settled down for a cool picnic overlooking the lake. Plus, we splashed around and play games (and bubbles) before heading out. Of course, we were pooped by the end - so we got in a great nap that day too. Long weekends rule!

Maddy's 2nd Birthday! What a Big Girl!

What a great day! I am finally a whole two years old today! And as I keep telling momy - I'm a big girl now! Man how time flies! Just last year, I was figuring out how to walk and still drinking from a bottle. Now, I can do so many things by myself - i can feed myself, undress myself for bath time, help Mommy with cleaning around the house, blow bubbles, brush my teeth, play with Mommy's iPad and talk talk talk too. I especially love telling mom "NO" - its my favorite. I actually practice in my crib at night - so i can get jus the right "no" for different situations!

I am such a lucky girl too...I got lots of great presents from Mommy and Daddy and also had a fantastic party with all of my good friends and family. It was great - especially my birthday cake. It was super duper delicious! I kept going back for more!
